Photos for a cause.
First stop. Habitat for Humanity.

In memory of my dear father |

"You will never know until you try." Those words were from a very wise, loving, giving and patient father. A dad that never discouraged. Besides being the best father, husband, grandfather, brother, Uncle and friend, his second love was his work. He was a self-employed builder, building house after house and loving every minute of it. He often told his grandchildren, "the only bad day you will ever have was yesterday."
I have wanted to take my gift of photography and in some way be able to give back. There are two places that I know my father would be happy to see my photos raise funds for a cause. Since he had such a love for building, I can not think of a better way to honor that love than Habitat for Humanity.
At the present time, I have donated several framed, matted photos to the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store located at 136 E. Charles Street, Matthews, North Carolina.
The second place I am going to put my photos for a cause to work is in cancer research. Cancer took the life of my father, and I know he would be happy to see ongoing research for a cure. (I am still working out the details on this.)
Please keep checking back as I continue to pray and seek God's will in where "Photos for a Cause" should take its next step.
